摘要
为了提高分布式相参雷达的时间同步精度,利用FPGA使用灵活和并行执行的特点,设计了一种基于时间数字转换和恒比定时时刻鉴别法的高精度时间同步单元。叙述了高精度时间同步单元的硬件设计方案和软件实现流程。测试结果表明,应用恒比定时时刻鉴别法将时间间隔的测量精度平均提高了1.787 ns,时间同步单元的测量精度可达1 ns,分辨率为90 ps。
In order to improve the time synchronization accuracy of distributed coherent radar,this paper designs a high-precision time synchronization unit based on time-to-digital conversion and constant-ratio time discrimination method by using FPGA flexible and parallel execution.The hardware design scheme and software implementation process of the high-precision time synchronization unit are described in detail.The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the time interval increases by 1.787 ns on average,and the measurement accuracy of the time synchronization unit reaches 1 ns,with a resolution of 90 ps.
