摘要
高层建筑和地铁车站的电梯设备经常处于高负荷的运行状态,故障率较高。对电梯故障诊断问题进行了优化设计,从2个方面介绍了电梯机械故障的类型及其产生的原因,提出了6种电梯机械故障诊断方法的优化设计措施,采用数字分析法建立起关于电梯机械振动信号的数字排列方式,利用电梯信号等测试装置对电梯机械故障中传出的振动信号进行检测,分析电梯机械振动信号数据获得电梯机械振动的变化规律。所提方法是对电梯机械故障振动信号的采集方式以及使用设备的补充与创新,具有一定参考意义。
Elevator equipment in high-rise buildings and subway stations are often in high-load operation and have a high failure rate.Optimal designed is carried out for elevator fault diagnosis,the types of elevator mechanical faults and their causes are introduced from two aspects,six optimal design measures for elevator mechanical fault diagnosis methods are proposed.The digital arrangement about the elevator mechanical vibration signals is established by using the digital analysis method,the vibration signals from the elevator mechanical faults are detected by testing devices,and the elevator mechanical vibration signal data are analyzed to obtain the change law of elevator mechanical vibration.The proposed method is a supplement and innovation to the collection method of elevator mechanical fault vibration signals and the equipment used,and has certain reference significance.
