摘要
随着国内经济的快速发展,各地城市化建设正加速推进,住宅建筑工程的数量及规模进一步增加。混凝土装配式住宅能够大幅度提高住宅建筑工程的施工建设效率,而且可以减少材料浪费以及减轻环境污染,有助于提高住宅工程的绿色环保性能。为此,针对混凝土装配式住宅建筑工程施工技术的优势开展讨论,并以某住宅工程为例,就此项技术的运用展开了深入探讨,以助推住宅工程持续向好发展。
With the rapid development of the domestic economy and society,urbanization construction activities in various regions are accelerating,and the number and scale of residential construction projects are further increasing.Concrete prefabricated residential buildings can significantly improve the construction efficiency of residential construction projects,reduce material waste and environmental pollution,and help improve the green and environmental performance of residential projects.Therefore,the article discusses the advantages of concrete prefabricated residential construction technology,and takes a residential project as an example to deeply explore the application of this technology,in order to promote the sustainable development of residential engineering.
