摘要
在当前城镇化进程中消防安全问题日益凸显,消防安全韧性的提升已经成为城市管理和规划的重要议题。本文以韧性城市构建基础理论为基础,着力实现消防减灾的目标,以珠三角城市之一的中山市为研究对象,结合城市POI数据和遥感影像,运用GIS空间分析技术识别分析中山市消防站救援覆盖能力,评估中山市消防安全韧性的情况,探讨消防安全韧性提升的路径与策略。
In the current urbanization process,the issue of fire safety is becoming increasingly prominent,and the improvement of fire safety resilience has become an important issue in urban management and planning.Based on the basic theory of resilient city construction,this paper focuses on achieving the goal of fire prevention and disaster reduction.Taking Zhongshan City in the Pearl River Delta as the research object,combined with the city POI data and RS images,this paper uses GIS spatial analysis technology to identify and analyze the rescue coverage capacity of Zhongshan Fire Station,evaluates the fire safety resilience of Zhongshan City,and discusses the path and strategy to improve fire safety resilience.
