中国南方山区梯田的水土保持与协调利用智慧——以GIAHS南方稻作梯田为例 被引量:1

摘要 水土流失与不合理的资源利用是坡耕地开发面临的主要问题。梯田是一种山坡防护类的水土保持工程,对于合理利用山区水、土、林、田,发挥资源潜力,适应并融入脆弱的生态环境起着重要的作用。研究选取GIAHS评选的中国南方稻作梯田系统,通过个案分析与对比研究发现,这些梯田周边拥有丰富的森林资源,通过合理截留、疏导与调蓄降雨,使得森林、垛田、民居、河流湖泊等客体共同形成了一个稳定的水资源供给循环系统,为保持水土、涵养水源、服务梯田所在地的居民提供了有力支撑。分析梯田水资源调蓄过程,认为其水土保持与水土林田协调利用的智慧主要体现在科学地选地与布局、防水与用水的协调统一、敬畏思想与严格规则的双重约束,通过调控“人”与“水”两个关键要素,真正实现了人与自然之间以及自然系统内各要素之间的和谐共生与可持续发展。 Soil erosion and unreasonable resource utilization are the main problems facing the development of slope farmland.Terraced fields are a kind of water and soil conservation projects for hillside protection,which play an important role in rationally using mountain water,soil,forests and fields,exerting resource potential,and adapting to and integrating into the fragile ecological environment.The research selects the rice terrace system in southern China selected by GIAHS.Through case analysis and comparative research,it is found that there are abundant forest resources around these terraces.Through reasonable interception,drainage and regulation of rainfall,forests,piled fields,residential buildings,rivers and lakes,etc.The objects together form a stable water supply circulation system,which provides strong support for maintaining water and soil,conserving water sources,and serving the people where terraces are located.Through analyzing the process of water resources regulation and storage of terraced fields,the study believes that the wisdom of its water and soil conservation and the coordinated utilization of water and soil forestry is mainly reflected in:scientific site selection and layout,coordination of waterproofing and water use,and the dual constraints of awe and strict rules.The two key elements of"people"and"water"truly realize the harmonious coexistence and sustainable development between man and nature and between various elements in the natural system.
