摘要
为探究电针结合普通针刺治疗女性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,回顾性选取2022年6月—12月贵州省遵义市播州区中医院收治的26例女性腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,两组均给予健康教育及对症药物治疗,对照组13例患者采用常规针刺法治疗,观察组13例患者采用电针与普通针刺相结合治疗,两组治疗均每天1次,10次为1疗程。采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(Visual Analog Pain Score,VAS)、生活质量量表(VisualAnalogPainScore,SF-36)、多裂肌脂肪浸润率(FI)、不良情况发生率以及治疗有效率评价治疗后的临床效果。结果显示,治疗后,两组患者疼痛程度、生活质量均有改善。观察组总不良反应发生率(15.00%)低于对照组(46.00%);观察组的治疗总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组(77.00%)。P<0.05。研究表明,对女性腰椎间盘突出患者采取电针结合普通针刺治疗能够有效缓解腰部及下肢疼痛,提高生活质量,降低多裂肌脂肪浸润率,不良反应减少,临床效果明显,值得临床推广。
To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture on female lumbar disc herniation.Retrospective selection of 26 female LDH patients admitted to Bozhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province from June to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment scheme.Both groups were given health education and symptomatic drug treatment.13 patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and 13 patients in the observation group were treated with combination of electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated once a day,10 times as a course of treatment.The clinical effect after treatment was evaluated using Visual Analog Pain Score(VAS),Visual Analog Pain Score(SF-36),multifidus fat infiltration rate(FI),incidence of adverse events,and treatment effectiveness rate.The results showed that after treatment,the pain level、the quality of life of both groups of patients improved,with significantly increased PCS and MCS values,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(15.00%)was lower than that in the control group(46.00%).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.00%).P<0.05.Research has shown that combining electroacupuncture with ordinary acupuncture treatment for female patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively alleviate pain in the waist and lower limbs,improve quality of life,reduce the infiltration rate of multifidus muscle fat,have low adverse reactions,and have significant clinical effects.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
