摘要
为分析并筛查影响5G通信基站建设的风险因素,构建5G通信基站建设项目风险评价指标体系,建立组合赋权后悔理论的评价模型,引入案例对5G通信基站项目建设风险进行评价,结果得到5G通信基站建设项目的关键风险为施工质量风险、项目交付风险、施工进度风险和管理风险,项目整体风险水平为低风险。
The purpose is to provide an important reference for the construction management of such projects by analyzing and screening the risk factors affecting the construction of 5G communication base stations.First,the risk evaluation index system of the 5G communication base station construction project is constructed,and the evaluation model of the combination weighting-regret theory is established.Then,the case is introduced to evaluate the construction risk of the 5G communication base station project.The results show that the key risks of the 5G communication base station construction project are construction quality risk,project delivery risk,construction schedule risk and management risk,the overall risk level of the project is low.The research results can provide certain ideas for the risk management of 5G communication base station construction projects.
