摘要
为了研究在数控机床加工过程中热误差对加工精度的影响,根据Z轴进给系统的实际组成结构,构建了数控机床Z轴进给系统的三维结构模型,在此基础上分析Z轴进给系统丝杆传动部分温度场和变形场的产生机理,提出一种考虑温度场及变形场对机床进给系统热误差产生影响的研究方法,并通过实验数据证明该方法构建的模型具有较高的准确性。
In order to study the influence of thermal error on the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools in the machining process,a three-dimensional structure model of Z-axis feed system of CNC machine tools is constructed based on the actual composition of the Z-axis feed system.And on this basis,the mechanism of temperature and deformation fields in the screw drive part of the Z-axis feed system is analyzed,and a research method considering the influence of temperature and deformation fields on the thermal error of the machine tool feed system is proposed.The model constructed by this method is proved to be highly accurate through experimental data.
