薄膜扩散梯度技术预测环境重金属生物有效性的研究进展

摘要 重金属生物有效性是评估不同环境介质中重金属生态风险的关键参数,目前,重金属生物有效态的提取方法尚未建立统一的标准。在重金属生物有效态提取方法中,比较发现,薄膜扩散梯度技术(DGT)的测定结果不仅反映环境介质中静态下游离态的重金属,还包含动态补给到环境介质中的不稳定重金属。DGT技术是一种具有应用前景的原位动态被动采样技术。水、沉积物和土壤是3种常见的环境介质。基于不同的环境介质,本文分析DGT技术在重金属生物有效态提取中的应用,对比DGT技术和其他提取技术的有效态重金属含量预测效果,阐述DGT技术在重金属生物有效性评估中的可行性和优越性,总结过去DGT技术的局限性及发展过程中的改进之处,探讨未来DGT技术发展的方向。 The bioavailability of heavy metals is a key parameter for assessing the ecological risk of heavy metals in different environmental media,currently,there is no unified standard for the extraction method of bioavailability of heavy metals.In the extraction methods of bioavailability of heavy metals,the comparison finds that the determination results of diffusive gradients in thin-films(DGT)not only reflect the static downstream dissociated heavy metals in the environmental media,but also include the unstable heavy metals dynamically supplied to the environmental media.DGT technology is a promising in-situ dynamic passive sampling technology.Water,sediment,and soil are three common environmental media.Based on different environmental media,this paper analyzes the application of DGT technology in the extraction of bioavailability of heavy metals,compares the prediction effect of effective heavy metal content between DGT technology and other extraction technologies,elaborates on the feasibility and superiority of DGT technology in the evaluation of bioavailability of heavy metals,summarizes the limitations of past DGT technology and improvements in the development process,and explores the direction of future development of DGT technology.
