摘要
目前,我国常用的铜渣综合利用技术有5种,即浮选法、火法贫化、湿法提取、火法-湿法联合以及生物浸出法。本文对5种铜渣综合利用技术进行对比分析,并将层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)相结合,对5种技术进行定量评价和筛选。评价结果表明,与其他4种方法相比,浮选法用于铜渣综合利用,社会、技术、经济和环境4个方面的综合效益最优。铜渣综合利用技术评价结果显示,浮选法的综合得分为3.8405,优于其他4种方法。
At present,there are five commonly used technologies for comprehensive utilization of copper slag in China,namely flotation method,pyro dilution,wet extraction,pyro-wet combination and bioleaching method.This paper compares and analyzes five comprehensive utilization technologies of copper slag,and combines analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)to quantitatively evaluate and screen the five technologies.The evaluation results indicate that compared with the other four methods,the flotation method has the best comprehensive benefits in terms of society,technology,economy,and environment for the comprehensive utilization of copper slag.The evaluation results of copper slag comprehensive utilization technology show that the comprehensive score of the flotation method is 3.8405,which is superior to the other four methods.
