摘要
全螺栓连接装配式混凝土(BPC)结构可以实现标准化设计、预制化生产,为超低能耗建筑施工创造十分有利的条件。本文结合典型BPC结构的建筑案例,开展全螺栓装配式厂区住宅楼的设计与建造分析。经力学性能分析,本项目的模型结构能满足初始建筑功能区域划分所对应的承载力要求,保障墙板的横向螺栓连接作用有助于显著增强结构受力性能。
The fully bolted prefabricated concrete(BPC)structure can achieve standardized design and prefabricated production,creating very favorable conditions for ultra-low energy building construction.Based on a typical BPC structure building case,this paper conducts design and construction analysis of a fully bolted prefabricated residential building in factory area.Through mechanical performance analysis,the model structure of this project can meet the bearing capacity requirements corresponding to the initial functional area division of the building,and ensuring the lateral bolt connection of the wall panel can significantly enhance the structural load-bearing performance.
