摘要
目的:通过探索葛根芩连汤的相关研究,总结过去70年该领域国内外研究热点和发展趋势。方法:以计算机检索为主,系统检索中国知网(CNKI)和WOS数据库中关于葛根芩连汤的相关中文以及外文文献,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对文献的研究作者、研究机构及关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果:本次研究共纳入中文文献1213篇,英文文献121篇。葛根芩连汤相关研究中英文献的年发文量总体呈上升趋势,英文文献发文量较少。谭晓梅和Guo De-an分别是发表中文和英文文献最多的作者;发文机构分析显示北京中医药大学是发表中文和英文文献最多的研究机构,从事葛根芩连汤相关研究的机构以中医药大学、实验室、中医院,研究中心等为主。中、英文文献关键词分析显示葛根芩连汤研究主要集中在化学成分、药理作用、药动学、作用机制和临床疗效方面。结论:葛根芩连汤的研究领域涉及组方配伍与剂量研究、临床应用与疗效观察、有效物质基础及作用机制的研究等,葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病和炎症型肠道疾病是当前研究的热点,这为未来研究发展提供了一定的参考。
Objective:To summarize the domestic and foreign research hotspots and development trends in this field in the past 70 years by exploring the relevant research on Gegen Qinlian Decoction.Method:Based on computer retrieval,the Chinese and foreign literature related to Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and WOS databases were systematically retrieved,and visualization analysis of the authors,research institutions and keywords of the literature were conducted by CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.Result:A total of 1213 Chinese documents and 121 English documents were included in this study.The annual publication volume of Chinese and English literature related to Gegen Qinlian Decoction was generally on the rise,and the number of English literature publications was relatively small.Tan Xiao-mei and Guo De-an were the authors with the most publications of Chinese and English literature,respectively.The publication institution analysis showed that Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the research institution with the most publications of Chinese and English literature,and the institutions engaged in research related to Gegen Qinlian Decoction were mainly universities of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratories,traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,research centers,etc.The keyword analysis of Chinese and English literature showed that research on Gegen Qinlian Decoction mainly focused on chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetics,mechanism of action and clinical efficacy.Conclusion:The research field of Gegen Qinlian Decoction involves prescription compatibility and dosage research,clinical application and efficacy observation,and research on effective material basis and mechanism of action,and the treatment of type 2 diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease by Gegen Qinlian Decoction is the current research hotspot,which provides a certain reference for the future research and development.
