填海区深基坑施工对邻近管线影响及保护措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 在弹性地基梁模型的基础上,引入基坑开挖时引起的土体附加位移计算管线变形与内力,并建立三维模型与其相互验证管线变形与内力变化规律,研究发现在数值模拟中基坑开挖对管线影响范围超出基坑开挖长度,理论计算在计算基坑坑角附近的变形与内力存在不足。探讨抛石填海地区深基坑开挖时邻近管线的保护加固措施,发现采用隔离桩与注浆加固可有效减少管线竖向位移。分析了管线位置及基坑开挖形式对管线变形与内力的影响规律,研究发现由于基坑坑角效应的存在,管线埋设位置与基坑水平间距小于14 m时的管线变形被抑制,使得管线与基坑埋距越近其变形越小。 On the basis of the elastic foundation beam model,the additional soil displacement caused by foundation pit excavation is in‐troduced to calculate the deformation and internal force of the pipeline,and the three-dimensional model is established to verify the variation law of the deformation and internal force of the pipeline.The research finds that the influence range of the foundation pit excavation on the pipeline exceeds the excavation length of the foundation pit in the numerical simulation,and the theoretical calculation is insufficient in calcu‐lating the deformation and internal force near the corner of the foundation pit.The protection and reinforcement measures of adjacent pipe‐lines during the excavation of deep foundation pit in riprap reclamation area are discussed.It is found that the isolation pile and grouting re‐inforcement can effectively reduce the vertical displacement of pipelines.The influence law of pipeline location and excavation form on pipe‐line deformation and internal force is analyzed.The research finds that due to the existence of pit angle effect,the pipeline deformation is in‐hibited when the distance between the buried position of pipeline and the horizontal pit is less than 14 m,so that the closer the distance be‐tween the pipeline and the excavation,the smaller the deformation will be.
