摘要
中药饮片,绝大部分来源于自然界,经传统炮制工艺简单加工而用于临床,饮片的质量受药材种植、采收、加工、运输、储藏、调剂、患者服用这一流程中多种因素的影响。中药饮片的质量直接关系着患者用药的有效性和安全性。本文主要从影响中药饮片质量的全流程分析及医院饮片质量风险点查找和防范措施两个方面进行阐述,为医院中药饮片质量管理提供参考。
The vast majority of Chinese herbal pieces come from nature and are simply processed by traditional processing technology for clinical use.Because their natural properties are different from those of industrialized products,the quality of Chinese herbal pieces will be affected by many factors in the process from herbal planting to harvesting,processing,transportation,storage,dispensing and then to patients' taking.The quality of traditional Chinese medicine is directly related to the effectiveness and safety of patients.This paper mainly expounds from two aspects:the whole process analysis affecting the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,the search of hospital decoction pieces quality risk points and preventive measures,so as to provide reference for the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the hospital.
