摘要
为深入研究煤矿事故的一般性规律,基于2021年我国煤矿事故数据,通过数理统计分析方法对煤矿事故发生的事故地域、事故类型、事故数量、死亡人数、事故发生月份、事故诱因6个维度进行研究。统计表明,内蒙古、山西、陕西、贵州煤矿事故发生起数较多;顶板事故、安全责任事故、运输事故是煤矿突发事故的主要类型;瓦斯事故、透水事故、顶板事故、安全责任事故和其他事故发生人员伤亡数较为严重,其中的瓦斯事故和透水事故以事故起数低、伤亡高为主要特点;3-9月份是煤矿事故的频发时间,其中7月份煤矿事故最为严重;4月份和8月份伤亡人数为全年最高;地质环境和违章作业是导致煤矿事故发生的主要诱因。在此针对煤矿事故发生规律提出相应的应对措施。
To study the pattern of coal mine accidents,we investigated six dimensions by mathematical statistics on the data in China in 2021,including region,type,number,death toll,occurred month,and causal factors of the coal accidents.The results show that:there were more coal mine accidents in Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shaanxi,and Guizhou;roof accidents,safety liability accidents,and transportation accidents were the main types;more serious casualties appeared in gas accidents,water inrush accidents,roof accidents,safety liability accidents,and other accidents,and the gas accidents and water inrush accidents were characteristics of a low number of accidents and a high number of casualties.In addition,coal mine accidents occurred frequently from March to September,with the most serious accidents occurring in July and the highest number of casualties in April and August.The geological environment and illegal operations were the main causes of coal mine accidents.Accordingly,we propose corresponding countermeasures.
