摘要
传统混凝土工程模板安装采用钢筋拉杆作为固定模板的施工方法,存在外露拉杆切除困难、端头处理繁琐、影响混凝土外观表面质量等缺点。为克服钢筋拉杆的缺点和不足,文章利用玻璃纤维筋抗拉强度高的特点替代钢筋作为承受模板侧压力的拉杆,通过优化拉杆横纵间隔布置,在满足拉杆变形和螺栓抗滑要求的前提下减少拉杆的数量,达到了节省材料、降低成本、外观美观的目的。
The traditional installation method of rebar tie rods for fixing formwork in conventional concrete project construction has disadvantages such as difficulties in cutting exposed tie rods,complicated end treatment and impact on the surface quality of concrete.In order to overcome the shortcomings of rebar tie rods,this paper utilizes the high tensile strength of glass fiber reinforced rebar to replace steel bars as the tie rods that withstand lateral pressure on the formwork.By optimizing the arrangement of tie rods in both horizontal and vertical directions,the number of tie rods is reduced while meeting the requirements for deformation of the tie rods and anti-slip of bolts.This achieves the goals of material saving,cost reduction and aesthetic appearance.
