摘要
目的:探讨不同疗程双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡患者的效果。方法:将2020年4月—2022年5月恩施市中心医院收治的204例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照计算机分组法将其分为三组,A组(n=68)予以14 d铋剂四联方案,B组(n=68)在A组方案治疗的第2周同时服用双歧杆菌四联活菌片(后半疗程7 d双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助铋剂四联方案),C组(n=68)在A组方案基础上同时服用双歧杆菌四联活菌片(14 d双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助铋剂四联方案)。对比分析两组溃疡愈合率、胃黏膜指标、Hp根除率及不良反应发生率。结果:三组溃疡愈合率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后,三组溃疡直径、底部厚苔面积、溃疡周围黏膜充血面积均缩小,再生上皮面积均增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但三组上述指标组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组Hp根除率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组不良反应发生率低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。结论:14 d及后半疗程7 d双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助铋剂四联方案治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡效果相当,均可有效根除Hp,促进胃黏膜形态恢复,提高溃疡愈合率,但14 d内同期使用双歧杆菌四联活菌片不良反应较少,安全性更高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of different treatment courses of Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer patients.Method:A total of 204 Hp positive gastric ulcer patients admitted to Enshi Central Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were taken as the research objects.According to the computer grouping method,they were divided into three groups.Group A(n=68)was treated with 14 d bismuth agent quadruple regimen,group B(n=68)was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets from the second week of treatment on the basis regimen of group A(the second half course of 7 d Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets assisted bismuth agent quadruple regimen),and group C(n=68)was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets on the basis regimen of group A(14 d Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets assisted bismuth agent quadruple regimen).The ulcer healing rate,gastric mucosal index,Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction rate were analyzed between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in ulcer healing rate among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ulcer diameter,thick coating area at the bottom,and mucosal congestion area around the ulcer all decreased in the three groups,while the area of regenerated epithelium increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in the above indicators among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp among the three groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).Conclusion:The efficacy of Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets in combination with bismuth agent quadruple regimen in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer is comparable in 14 d and the second half of the course of 7 d,which can effectively eradicate
