大倾角综采面跨采岩巷分区域加固技术与应用

摘要 以众维煤业大倾角综采面跨采岩巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测等方法,分析了大倾角采场底板应力传播路径及采动影响规律,将试验巷道分为弱采动影响区和强采动影响区,其中弱采动影响区包括采空区下端部工作面侧20 m以外的上部车场,强采动影响区包括弱采动影响区之外的上部车场和整条二采区回风平硐,据此开发了大倾角综采面跨采岩巷分区域加固技术,并进行了工业性试验,结果表明跨采岩巷围岩控制效果良好,可为类似矿井的巷道支护提供借鉴。 Taking Zhongwei coal industry large-dip fully mechanized mining face cross-mining roadway as the engineering background,using methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The stress propagation path and influence law of mining in large dip stope floor are analyzed.The principle of regional reinforcement of cross-mining floor roadway is proposed.Test roadway can be divided into weak mining affected area and strong mining affected area,which the former including goaf bottom face side upper yard outside of 20 m,the latter including weak mining affected area outside of the upper yard,and the whole main return way.On this basis,the regional reinforcement technology of large dip angle fully mining face is developed.And the industrial test,the results show that the cross mining rock tunnel surrounding rock has been effectively controlled,the roadway support to provide reference for similar mines.
