干旱胁迫对两种药用植物光合特性的影响

Effects of Drought Stress on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Two Medicinal Plants

摘要 以2年生白及(Bletilla striata)和华重楼(Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis Hara)为试验材料,研究自然干旱胁迫对其光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以期为其产业化推广和应用提供理论依据。结果表明:随着干旱程度加剧,两种植物表观量子效率(AQY)、PSⅡ最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)及光合性能指数(PIABS)呈下降趋势,中度干旱时华重楼光合能力明显降低;两种植物叶绿素含量、荧光量子产额参数ψO、φEO均呈下降趋势,中度干旱时OJIP曲线明显形变,K、J点升高,P点降低,表明干旱胁迫破坏电子传递链途径及放氧复合体;天线热耗散(D)随干旱程度加剧先升后降,白及、华重楼D值分别在轻度、中度干旱时达到峰值,过剩激发能(E)趋势相反,两种植物均通过增加天线热耗散来释放过剩光能。所有测量参数中,PIABS对干旱胁迫的加剧最为敏感,可用于评判干旱胁迫下植株受害程度。综上,中度、重度干旱胁迫会对白及和华重楼的光合系统造成破坏,导致光合性能下降,白及的抗旱能力强于华重楼,生产中在轻中度干旱应及时进行补水。 In this paper,the influence of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Bletilla striata and Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis Hara was studied to provides reference for industrialization promotion and application.The results showed that:The apparent quantum yield(AQY),PSⅡmaximum light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm)and performance index on absorption basis(PIabs)of the two plants presented a decline trend under drought stresses,indicating that stress led to the decline of photosynthetic capacity of leaves.And the chlorophyll content,fluorescence quantum yield parameters(ψO,φEO)presented a decline trend.Under moderate drought stress,OJIP transient changed significantly.The K and J points of OJIP transient were higher than other treatments,indicating that stress destroyed electron transport chain pathway and oxygen evolving complex.The antenna heat dissipation(D)increased first and then decreased under drought stresses,while the trend of excess excitation energy(E)was opposite,indicating that the two plants released excess light energy by increasing the antenna heat dissipation.Among all the measured parameters,PIabs was the most sensitive to the aggravation of drought stress.Moderate and severe drought stress can damage the photosynthetic system of B.striata and P.polyphylla,resulting in the decline of photosynthetic performance.The drought resistance of B.striata is stronger than that of P.polyphylla.Water supplement should be carried out in time in moderate and mild drought.
