摘要
目的探讨主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)联合肺康复运动在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复期患者中的应用及对患者肺功能与预后生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年9月-2021年9月常熟市第二人民医院收治的112例COPD康复期患者。采用随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为对照组(n=57,采用常规护理方案)和研究组(n=55,采用ACBT联合肺康复运动方案),比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组患者护理后P_(0.1)低于对照组,FEV_(1)、MVV、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、PI_(max)、PE_(max)高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后6MWD距离远于对照组,BS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后CRQ问卷评分高于对照组,SGRQ问卷评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ACBT联合肺康复运动在COPD康复期患者中的应用效果显著,患者在经过护理后肺功能与生活质量提升,6MWD距离延长,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application of active breathing and circulation technique(ACBT)combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the rehabilitation period and its impact on the pulmonary function and prognosis of patients'quality of life.Methods A total of 112 COPD convalescent patients admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected.The research subjects were randomly divided into the control group(n=57,using routine nursing program)and the study group(n=55,using ACBT combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise program)by random number table method,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the P_(0.1)of the study group was lower than that of the control group,FEV_(1),MVV,FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,PI_(max)and PE_(max)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the 6MWD distance of the study group after nursing was farther than that of the control group,the BS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the CRQ questionnaire score in the study group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the SGRQ questionnaire score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ACBT combined with pulmonary rehabilitation exercise in COPD patients in the rehabilitation period is significant.After nursing,the pulmonary function and quality of life of the patients are improved,and the 6MWD distance is prolonged,which can be promoted.
