中心城区交通微循环的运行效率及影响因素研究:基于XGBoost模型的非线性分析

摘要 我国正面临着快速城市化带来的诸多交通问题,尤其以中心城区的交通拥堵最为突出。通过改善交通微循环环境,加强微循环道路建设已成为“治堵”的优选方案之一。本研究以天津市中环线以内区域为例,通过百度路径实时规划功能,定量测度车行微循环在高峰时间的运行效率,并描述其空间分布差异;进一步采用XGBoost机器学习方法,分析不同交通—土地利用规划要素对交通微循环的重要性,并揭示其对交通微循环运行的非线性影响过程。研究结果可为中心城区交通环境的改善提供规划建议。 Chinese cities are facing many traffic problems brought about by rapid urbanisation,especially traffic congestion in urban central areas.Improving the traffic microcirculation environment has become one of the best choices to"tackle congestion".Taking the area within the Central Ring of Tianjin as an example,in this study,the operational efficiency of vehicular microcirculation during peak hours was measured quantitatively,and its spatial distribution was described by real-time Baidu route planning.Furthermore,the XGBoost method was used to analyse the relative importance of traffic-land use factors that contribute to the traffic microcirculation,and subsequently reveal the nonlinear process of their influence on traffic microcirculation.The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the planning guidelines of traffic microcirculation in urban central areas.
