摘要
十九大报告中重新表述了我国社会发展的主要矛盾,人民生活水平的重要性上升到了新的高度。结合西藏地区2011-2018年的相关数据,采用客观AHP方法从收入、消费、社会保障、高等教育、数字信息和现代物流六个方面测度西藏人民生活水平,并借助中介效应模型探讨数字普惠金融对人民生活水平的影响机制。研究结果表明:考察期内人民生活水平大幅提高,数字普惠金融既能直接促进人民生活水平提高,还能通过影响收入、消费、社会保障和数字信息提高人民生活水平。研究认为:要践行高质量发展理念,推动数字普惠金融高质量发展;坚持以人为本的发展理念,切实解决民生问题;打造数字经济,发挥数字普惠金融的包容效应与增长效应。
The main contradiction facing Chinese society has been reformulated in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,raising the importance of people's living standards to a new level.Using the relevant data of Tibetan areas from 2011 to 2018,this paper measures the living standards of Tibetan people from such six aspects as income,consumption,social security,higher education,digital information and modern logistics with the objective AHP method,and explores the influence mechanism of digital financial inclusion on people's living standards with a mediation model.The results of the study show that people's living standards increased significantly from 2011 to 2018,and that digital financial inclusion contributed directly to the improvement of people's living standards and could also play the same role by influencing income,consumption,social security and digital information.The study concludes that it is necessary to practice the concept of high-quality development to promote the high-quality development of digital financial inclusion,adhere to the concept of people-oriented development to effectively solve people's livelihood issues,and build a digital economy to bring into play the inclusion and growth effects of digital financial inclusion.
