摘要
觀察在本院行血液透析治療的糖尿病腎病患者46例,其中胰島素依賴型6例,非胰島素依賴型40例。並設立非糖尿病腎病患者60例為對照組。發現糖尿病腎病佔39%,是澳門地區尿毒症的首位压因,併發高血壓佔93%、心血管病變佔84%、視網膜病變佔89%,感染佔60%,1年存活率91.3%、5年存活率17%、2年内死亡率24%,主要死因為心血管病變及感染,併發症及死亡率均比非糖尿病腎病患者高而存活率低。並進一步探討該病的防治方向。
Forty-six cases of diabetic renopathy receiving hemodialysis were analysed and compared to 60 cases of renal disease with other causes.Diabetes constituted 39% in the etiology causes of renal disease ran king first in Macao region.Among the cases with diabetic chronic renal insufficiency.39% were complicated by hypertension 84% cardiovascular,89% retinal and 60% infection disorders.First year survival rate of this group was 91.3% and 5 year 17%.The mortality was 24% which was mainly due to cardiovascular and infection complications while the incidence of the last two complications in the non diabetes group was much higher.Survival rate of the diabetes group was also lower than the non diabetic patients.Preventive measures were discussed.
