摘要
综合考虑业主方、材料供应商、施工单位、设计单位和监理方5个方面建立装配式建筑工程项目质量体系下成本影响因素指标体系,结合在建装配式工程项目中采用因子分析法,对质量成本影响因素指标体系进行分析,得到6个具有实际意义的公共因子,并针对这些因子提出相应的控制措施,为项目管理者对装配式建筑工程项目进行质量成本管理提供依据。
The index system of cost influence factors under the quality system of assembly construction project is established by comprehensively considering the five aspects of owner,material supplier,construction unit,design unit and supervisor,and the factor analysis method is adopted in combination with the assembly project under construction.Based on the analysis of the index system of factors affecting quality cost,six public factors with practical significance are obtained,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for project managers to manage the quality cost of assembly construction projects.
