摘要
以480 t冶金铸造桥式起重机为研究对象,介绍一种冶金铸造起重机外主梁疲劳寿命仿真分析方法。利用SolidWorks和ADAMS两种软件共同构建起重机虚拟样机,并通过虚拟样机实现外主梁静力学仿真和疲劳寿命仿真,进而获取五种工况条件下的外主梁静力学变化和疲劳寿命变化;为验证仿真分析方法的应用价值,将仿真分析方法应用于外主梁疲劳寿命分析工程试验,进而确认此仿真分析方法有利于快速发现外主梁结构疲劳破坏区域。
Taking the 480 t metallurgical casting overhead crane as the research subject,a simulation analysis method for the fatigue life of the outer main beam of the metallurgical casting crane is introduced.This method uses SolidWorks and ADAMS software to jointly build a virtual prototype of the crane,and realizes the statics simulation and fatigue life simulation of the outer main beam through the virtual prototype,so as to obtain the statics change and fatigue life change of the outer main beam under five working conditions.To verify the application value of the simulation analysis method,the simulation analysis method is applied to the fatigue life analysis engineering test of the outer main beam,and it is confirmed that this simulation analysis method is conducive to quickly discovering the fatigue failure area of the outer main beam structure.
