摘要
为进一步提升钢铁厂含铬废水及污泥的处理效率和质量,基于某钢铁厂冷轧车间的含铬废水展开研究,采用沉淀法对废水中的铬离子进行有效处理,而后将沉淀法处理中产生的含铬污泥采用高温分解法做进一步深度处理。以上两个步骤完成后,含铬废水的整体污染去除率超过90%,效果较为显著,且其相关经济指标也较为优异。此次设计的钢铁厂含铬废水污泥处理工艺将为今后类似工作提供一定的参考借鉴,从而进一步提升含铬化合物处理效率和质量。
In order to further improve the treatment efficiency and quality of chromium containing wastewater and sludge in a steel plant,a study was conducted based on the chromium containing wastewater from a cold rolling workshop of a certain steel plant.The chromium ions in the wastewater were effectively treated using the sedimentation method,and the chromium containing sludge generated during the sedimentation method was further treated by high-temperature decomposition method.After the completion of the above two steps,the overall pollution removal rate of chromium containing wastewater exceeds 90%,with significant results and excellent economic indicators.The designed sludge treatment process for chromium containing wastewater from steel plants will provide a certain reference for similar work in the future,thereby further improving the efficiency and quality of chromium containing compound treatment.
