教师共情意识在“95后”男护生实训技能操作课中效果体验的质性研究

摘要 目的了解教师共情意识对“95后”男护生实训技能操作课中的效果体验,为提高男护生职业成就感提供指导方法。方法采用描述性质性研究方法,选取12名男护生进行半结构式访谈。结果共提炼出4个主题,分别是师生共情鸿沟,职业获益感低,专业认同感、职业价值感较高,共情技巧内化及融入。结论增强共情意识是良好师生关系构建、有效交流沟通的路径。 Objective To understand the effect and experience of teachers empathy awareness in the practical skill training course for male nursing students born after 95 years,and to provide guidance for improving their sense of professional achievement.Methods A descriptive qualitative research method was used,and 12 male nursing students were selected for semi-structured interviews.Results Four main themes were identified,namely,the gap of empathy between teachers and students,low sense of vocational benefits,sense of professional identity,high sense of professional value,and internalization and integration of empathy skills.Conclusion Enhancing empathy awareness is the way to build good teacher-student relationship and effective communication.
