摘要
双酚A及其典型替代物(双酚F、双酚S和双酚AF等)是重要的环氧树脂与聚碳酸酯原材料,被广泛应用于各类工业生产当中,同时也引起了环境健康危害。代谢异常和神经行为影响是双酚类内分泌干扰物的2类重要健康效应,但2种效应之间的关联和机制尚未明确。为此,本文探讨了肠道和大脑之间的双向交流,总结出神经系统、免疫系统、代谢系统和内分泌系统等主要肠-脑调节途径,这些途径通过独立和相互作用,共同维持肠-脑轴正常功能。重点总结了近年来双酚类污染物对中枢神经系统、代谢效应和肠道功能等方面影响的研究进展。此外,根据双酚类污染物对肠道菌群、神经递质和激素等已知肠-脑调节因子的影响,提出该类污染物干扰肠-脑调控的潜在能力。本文将为双酚类等内分泌干扰物的毒性机制,以及相关效应的靶向防治手段等研究提供参考思路。
Bisphenol A and its typical alternatives(bisphenol F,bisphenol S and bisphenol AF,etc.)are important raw materials of epoxy resin and polycarbonate,which are widely used in various industrial production,and induce risk toward environmental health.Metabolic abnormalities and neurobehavioral impacts are two important negative biological effects of bisphenol analogues,however their correlation and involved mechanism remain unclear.Thus,this paper discusses the bidirectional communication between gut and brain,and summarize that nervous system,immune system,metabolic system and endocrine system are major gut-brain regulation pathways.These approaches maintain the normal function of the gut-brain axis jointly through independent regulation and interactive interactions.Further,we review and highlight the recent progress in the investigation of negative effects of bisphenol analogues on the central nervous system,metabolic effects and intestinal function.Besides,based on their influences on known gut-brain regulatory factors such as intestinal flora,neurotransmitters and hormones,we propose the potential ability of bisphenol analogues to interfere with gut-brain regulation.This article would provide reference for the research in mechanism and targeted treatment of toxic effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals such as bisphenol analogues.
