摘要
目的评价富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)联合iRoot BP Plus在老年人根尖外科手术中的治疗效果。方法选择符合纳入标准的老年慢性根尖周炎患者32例,随机分为对照组(iRoot BP Plus组)及实验组(PRF联合iRoot BP Plus组),两组病例均在放大镜辅助下完成根尖外科手术。记录患者术后第1天、第3天、第7天时的疼痛指数、术后1年的根尖周指数(O-PAI)以及治愈率。结果实验组术后第1天、第3天时的疼痛指数以及术后1年的O-PAI指数均低于对照组(P<0.05或0.001);两组病例治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PRF联合iRoot BP Plus应用于老年人根尖外科手术,能减轻术后反应,促进组织愈合,提升临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)combined with iRoot BP Plus in the elderly with periapical surgery.Methods 32 elder patients with chronic apical periodontitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(iRoot BP Plus group)and experimental group(PRF combined with iRoot BP Plus group).Both groups were given periapical surgery assisted by magnifying glass.And then,patients'pain indexes on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery as well as periapical index(O-PAI)and cure rate at 1 year after surgery were recorded.Results The pain indexes on the 1st and 3rd day and O-PAI index at 1 year after surgery in the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.001);there was no statistically significant difference in the healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PRF combined with iRoot BP Plus can reduce postoperative reactions,promote tissue healing,and improve clinical efficacy in periapical surgery of the elder patients.
