摘要
高温超导连接器作为超导导体测试系统的核心部件,装配在超导变压器与测试样品之间,主要包括中心骨架、超导接头、超导叠等组件。本文介绍了高温超导连接器的设计参数,并基于有限元软件对高温超导连接器高场下的电磁、机械以及稳态热进行了详细分析,计算结果表明在正常运行工况下,设计的高温超导连接器机械强度符合要求,且能实现从50 K到4.5 K的温度过渡,满足高温超导导体的测试需求。
As the core component of the superconducting conductor test system,the high-temperature superconducting(HTS)connector is assembled between the superconducting transformer and the test specimen.It mainly consists of the central skeleton,the superconducting connector,and the superconducting stack.The design parameters of the HTS connector were pres⁃ented in this paper.A detailed analysis of the electromagnetic,mechanical,and steady-state thermal aspects of the HTS con⁃nector under high fields was carried out based on finite element software.The calculation results show that the mechanical strength of the designed HTS connector meets the requirements under normal operating conditions and can achieve a temperature transition from 50 K to 4.5 K,meeting the testing requirements of high-temperature superconducting conductors.
