摘要
随着我国经济和科技的不断发展,化工行业也得到了快速的发展,化工企业向着规模化、集约化、大型化和一体化的发展方向进行发展。为了保障化工行业正常运行,化工机械设备的高效、可靠和稳定运行对于保障化工企业的正常运行具有重要的保障意义。本文结合当前我国化工机泵设备运行现状,分析化工机泵设备运行过程中存在的问题,提出提升化工机泵运行管理水平的管理措施,从关注重点化工机泵的特别维护保养、制定机泵承包责任制承包到班到组、加强相关人员的技能培训和训练三个方面进行重点分析,提升化工机泵设备维修保养管理水平,对于提升化工机泵设备的管理水平具有重要的研究意义。
With the continuous development of economy and science and technology in our country,the chemical industry has been developed rapidly.The chemical enterprises are developed in the large-scale,intensive,large-scale and integrated way.In order to ensure the normal operation of the chemical industry,the efficient,reliable and stable operation of chemical machinery equipment has an important guarantee significance to ensure the normal operation of the chemical enterprise.In the light of the current operation status of chemical machinery pump equipment in our country,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation process of chemical machinery pump equipment,and puts forward management measures to improve the operation management level of chemical machinery pump.Focusing on the special maintenance and upkeep of key chemical machinery and pumps,developing a responsibility system for contracting machinery and pumps to shift to group,and strengthening the skill training and training of relevant personnel,enhancing the maintenance and upkeep management level of chemical machinery and pump equipment has important research significance for improving the management level of chemical machinery and pump equipment.
