摘要
河南省第十一次党代会作出了建设“书香河南”的重大部署。建设“书香河南”,要坚持中国特色社会主义方向,并在坚持内容为王、凝练地域特色、突出价值引领的基础上提升建设质效。同时要创新阅读形式,科学配置资源,讲好河南故事,只有这样,才能更好地建设“书香河南”。
Henan is a very important birthplace of our Chinese civilization for thousands of years.It is a fine tradition of our Chinese civilization to read inheritors and poems.At the 11th Party Congress of Henan Province,a major plan was made to build a“Bookish Henan”,to promote reading by all people,inherit excellent culture,and provide spiritual impetus for the high-quality development of Henan Province.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion from the aspects of political leadership,brand building,form innovation,resource allocation and Henan story,which provides a reference for the construction of“Bookish Henan”and a copy of the model.
