摘要
沿空巷道是煤炭资源绿色高效回采的重要技术,厚煤层中的沿空巷道矿压显现较为剧烈,具有其独特性。以范各庄矿2375工作面顺槽为工程背景,采用块体离散元计算程序UDEC模拟分析了不同宽度护巷煤柱条件下厚煤层中沿空巷道围岩的稳定性,确定了该矿地质条件下合理煤柱宽度为5.5 m。现场实践表明:采用该宽度煤柱护巷后,巷道断面率满足生产要求,验证了设计参数的合理性。相关研究成果可为类似赋存条件下的厚煤层沿空巷道设计提供参考借鉴。
Gob-side entry is an important technology for green and efficient mining of coal resources.The mine pressure of gob-side entry in thick coal seam is more intense and unique.No.2375 Face of Fangezhuang Mine was taken as the engineering background,the stability of surrounding rock of gob-side entry in thick coal seam under different width of coal pillar was simulated and analyzed by using the block discrete element calculation program UDEC,and the reasonable coal pillar width was determined to be 5.5 m under the geological conditions of the mine.The field practice showed that after using the width coal pillar to protect the roadway,the roadway section rate met the production requirements,and the rationality of the design parameters was verified.The relevant research results could provide reference for the design of gob-side entry in thick coal seam under similar occurrence conditions.
