摘要 提高水箱内温度均匀性是目前恒温水箱研究的关键问题,本文提出了一种旋流射水器作为实现恒温水箱温度均匀化技术的装置。采用CFD软件计算了带旋流射水器的恒温水箱内流体的运动规律。计算结果表明,恒温水箱内依靠射水器喷射出流能产生旋流,加强了恒温水箱内部流体的湍动与混合,与无旋流动比较,混合效果会更优。在相同射水管进口流速下,旋流扰动时恒温水箱内流体的湍动能较无旋流动时增加了32~156倍。在最不利平面处,旋流扰动时恒温水箱内流体的湍动能比无旋流动时增长19~29.7倍。流体的旋流与湍动的均匀程度在低射水管进口流速时更高。 Improving the temperature uniformity in the water tank was the key problem in the research of thermostatic water tank at present.In this paper,a cyclone water injector was proposed as the device to realize the temperature uniformity technology of thermostatic water tank.CFD software was used to calculate the fluid movement law in a thermostatic water tank with a cyclone water injector.The calculation results showed that the swirl flow could be generated by the ejecting fluid in the thermostatic water tank,which strengthened the turbulence and mixing of the fluid in the thermostatic water tank,and the mixing effect was better than that parallel flow.Under the same inlet velocity,the turbulent kinetic energy of the swirl flow in the thermostatic water tank increased by 32~156 times compared with that parallel flow.In the most unfavorable plane,the turbulent kinetic energy of the swirl flow in the thermostatic water tank increased by 19-29.7 times compared with that parallel flow.The uniformity of whirl and turbulence is higher at low inlet velocity.
