天然气长输管道防腐涂层性能检测及剩余寿命预测 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高天然气长输管道的运行效率,尽可能地延长其使用寿命,采取不开挖检测、阴极保护检测以及开挖直接检测等手段对DYH输气管道的外防腐层进行了检测,并在此基础之上,采用壁厚法对检测发现的5处含缺陷管段进行了剩余寿命预测,最后有针对性地提出了管道运行、维护和维修建议。结果表明:目标天然气长输管道90%以上的防腐涂层质量等级为优,共发现23处确切破损信号;检测发现4个测试桩(DH02、DH05、DH06、DH09)处的阴极保护电位未达到有效保护效果;5处管体防腐涂层表面存在机械划伤,其中P20探坑处的管体破损深度最大(1.45mm)。目标天然气长输管道5处含缺陷管段的剩余寿命介于62.20年至188.24年,预测其最小剩余寿命为62.20年。检测结果可为目标天然气长输管道的安全高效运行提供技术保障。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of the long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline and extend its service life as much as possible,the external anti-corrosion coating of DYH gas transmission pipeline was tested by means of trenchless detection,cathodic protection detection and direct excavation detection.On this basis,the remaining life of the five defective pipeline sections found in the detection was predicted by using the wall thickness method,and finally targeted suggestions for pipeline operation,maintenance and repair were put forward.The results showed that more than 90% of the anticorrosive coating quality of the target natural gas pipeline was excellent,and 23 exact damage signals were found;The cathodic protection potential at four test piles(DH02,DH05,DH06,DH09) was found not to reach the effective protection effect;There were mechanical scratches on the surface of the anticorrosive coating of five pipe bodies,of which the pipe body at the P20 test pit had the largest damage depth(1.45 mm).The remaining life of five defective pipeline sections of the target natural gas pipeline was between 62.20 years and 188.24 years,and the minimum remaining life was predicted to be 62.20 years.The test results can provide technical guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the target natural gas pipeline.
