摘要
以菏泽市曹县D水库为依托,在对其面板坝坝体上游面横缝止水紫铜片在大坝防渗系统中重要作用进行概述的基础上,对紫铜片展开粘接性能试验和剪切模型试验,立足试验结果对紫铜片水平止水结构、垂直止水结构及水平止水和垂直止水相交处展开设计。结果表明,防渗止水是水工建筑物中关键性的环节,紫铜片是水库大坝沉降缝、伸缩缝间常用的止水材料,其设计及施工直接关系到水利工程运行的安全可靠,所得出的试验结果及紫铜片设计思路对水库大坝防渗漏具有借鉴意义。
This article discusses the important role of brass waterstops in the anti-seepage system of the upstream side of the panel dam body,based on the Caoxian D Reservoir in Heze City.Adhesive performance tests and shear model experiments were conducted on the brass waterstops,and design was carried out for the horizontal water-stop structure,vertical water-stop structure,and the intersection of horizontal and vertical water-stops based on the experimental results.The results show that the water-proof is the key joint in hydraulic structure,and the copper sheet is the common water-proof material between settlement joint and expansion joint of reservoir dam.The design and construction of these waterstops are directly related to the safety and reliability of the hydraulic engineering operation,and the test results and the design idea of the copper strip are of reference significance for the seepage control of the reservoir dam.
