摘要
目的 了解福建省社会组织参与艾滋病防治基金(China AIDS Fund for Non-governmental Organizations,CAFNGO)男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)干预项目实施情况,为促进福建省社会组织更好地参与MSM干预工作提供参考。方法 通过CAFNGO项目管理系统,下载2015—2021年福建省MSM干预项目的相关数据,对干预和检测指标完成情况进行描述性分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果 2015—2021年福建省社会组织参与MSM干预项目共提供干预、咨询194 483人次,检测36 496人,新发现阳性1 394例,确证阳性率为3.82%,初筛阳性者接受确证比例为88.93%,确证阳性者转介治疗比例为86.07%。不同项目年度厦门市MSM人群初筛阳性率分别为7.47%、 8.63%、 7.71%、 5.67%、4.86%、4.14%,呈下降趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=44.894,P<0.01)。结论 福建省CAFNGO中MSM干预项目的开展扩大了干预覆盖面,促进了目标人群检测工作的开展,但项目地区局限,需加强政策倡导和基金项目宣传,促进更多社会组织参与,并注重社会组织能力建设。
Objective To investigate the implementation of intervention projects for men who have sex with men(MSM)by community-based organizations(CBO) sponsored by China AIDS Fund for Non-governmental Organizations(CAFNGO)from 2015 to 2021 in Fujian province, so as to provide evidence for promoting participation of CBOs in prevention and control of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) in Fujian. Methods Related data were extracted from CAFNGO Fund Project Management System for the period 2015—2021 in Fujian. The completion of intervention and HIV testing indicators were analyzed, percentages were compared using Chi-square test. Results From 2015 to 2021, CAFNGO-funded MSM intervention projects provided 194 483 person-times of intervention and consultation, tested 36 496 individuals, and detected 1 394 new positive cases(3. 82%);88. 93% of the screening-positive cases received confirmation test, and 86. 07% of the confirmed positive cases were referred for treatment. The positive rates of initial screening in MSM in Xiamen in each across the study period were 7. 47%, 8. 63%, 7. 71%, 5. 67%, 4. 86% and 4. 14%, and trend chi-square test showed a decreasing trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=44. 894,P<0. 01). Conclusions The intervention projects for MSM sponsored by CAFNGO in Fujian has expanded the coverage of the intervention and promoted the testing work, but the project area is still limited. It is necessary to further strengthen policy advocacy and publicity of CAFNGOfunded projects, promote participation of more CBOs, and pay attention to capacity building of CBOs.
