摘要 “双碳”目标下新型电力系统的建设要求配电网能采取有效的调控手段灵活调整网架拓扑,目的是满足分布式电源及多元负荷接入需求。低压柔直互联的新型配电系统可实现配电网络源、网、荷、储多方互动的能量路由运行控制,将更有利于分布式电源和新型负荷的接入,实现区域间的能量平衡,提升配电系统的稳定性与可靠性。 The construction of new power system under the two-carbon target requires that the distribution network can adopt effective control means to adjust the topology of the grid flexibly in order to meet the access needs of distributed energy and multiple load.The new type of low-voltage flexible interconnection distribution system can realize the operation control of the multi-interactive routes,including source,network,load,storage in the distribution network,which will be more conducive to the access of distributed power and new load,realizing the energy balance between regions,and improve the stability and reliability of the distribution system.
