摘要
胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)为源于胃上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤,是多因素共同作用的结果。因早期缺乏特异性临床表现,特别是GC的快速进展,严重影响患者预后和治疗。已有大量研究表明,丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPK)信号通路通过调控多种细胞机制,从而影响多种生物过程,是GC增殖、侵袭、转移中最重要的细胞途径之一,同时也是研究GC药物耐药、预后、治疗的最有前景的通路之一。本文通过查阅相关文献,以MAPK信号通路和该通路的重要相关蛋白为切入点,阐释其在GC中的研究进展。
Gastric cancer(GC)is a malignant tumor originating from gastric epithelial cells,which is the result of multiple factors.The lack of specific clinical manifestations on the early stage,especially the rapid progression of GC,seriously affects the prognosis and treatment of the patients'.A large number of studies have shown that mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPK)signaling pathway is one of the most important cellular pathways in GC proliferation,invasion and metastasis,and is also one of the most promising pathways for studying drug resistance,prognosis and treatment of GC through regulating multiple cellular mechanisms.In this paper,MAPK signaling pathway and its important related proteins are used as the entry point to explain the progress of its research in GC through reading related literature.
