摘要
高校团组织与青年学生有着密不可分的联系,肩负着为党育人、为国育才的光荣任务。高校团组织建设不牢固,团的事业发展就会缓慢。本文从高校团工作实际出发,在深入调查的基础上,提出构建以“心”育人的新模式,从“真诚心”“公德心”“进取心”“事业心”四个方面,阐述高校团组织建设的四个着力点。
The league organizations in colleges and universities are closely related to the young students and shoulder the glorious task of educating people for the party and the country.If the construction of league organizations in colleges and universities is not firm,the de⁃velopment of league undertakings will be slow.Based on the fact of the league work in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a new mode of educating people with“Heart”,from the four aspects of“Sincerity”,“Public morality”,“Enterprising”and“Enter⁃prise”,this paper expounds the four emphases of the construction of league organizations in colleges and universities.
