复合酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化性能和肠道结构的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究复合酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化指标和肠道绒毛结构的影响,采取单因素完全随机方法进行试验设计,挑选300只健康的1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡,随机分成3个处理组,每组5个重复,每重复20只,公母各半。对照组饲喂玉米豆粕型基础日粮,复合酶1组、复合酶2组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200 g/t复合酶制剂,其中复合酶制剂主要由蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和植酸酶组成。试验为期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,复合酶2组肉鸡1~21、22~42、1~42日龄耗料增重比分别降低了2.99%(P <0.05)、3.14%(P> 0.05)和2.91%(P <0.05),平均日增重、平均日采食量均有提高趋势,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。与对照组相比,复合酶1组、复合酶2组肉鸡22日龄血清甘油三酯(TG)含量分别提高了19.54%(P <0.05)和20.69%(P <0.05),43日龄血清尿酸(UA)含量分别降低了30.93%(P <0.05)和33.86%(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,复合酶2组肉鸡22、43日龄血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别提高了1.34%(P> 0.05)和5.54%(P> 0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了3.70%(P> 0.05)和10.67%(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,复合酶1组肉鸡22日龄十二指肠隐窝深度降低了16.25%(P <0.05),43日龄十二指肠绒毛高度提高了24.39%(P <0.05),22日龄和43日龄十二指绒隐比分别提高了48.02%(P <0.05)和27.27%(P <0.05);复合酶2组肉鸡22日龄十二指肠隐窝深度降低了18.97%(P <0.05),22日龄和43日龄十二指肠绒隐比分别提高了42.86%(P <0.05)和50.73%(P <0.05),22日龄回肠绒毛高度提高了22.47%(P <0.05),43日龄空肠绒毛高度和绒隐比分别提高了25.81%(P <0.05)和30.09%(P <0.05)。综合上述,日粮添加200 g/t复合酶制剂能够改善肉鸡肠道绒毛结构,增强肠道消化吸收功能,进而改善肉鸡生长性能。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant function and intestinal structure of broilers.A total of 300 healthy 1-day-old Arbor Acre broilers were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 20 broilers per replicate(half male and half female).Broilers in control group was fed corn-soybean basal diet,while the compound enzyme group 1 and 2 were fed the basal diet with 100,200 g/t compound enzyme preparation respectively,which was mainly composed of protease,amylase,cellulase and phytase.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,compound enzyme group 2 decreased the consumable weight gain ratio of broilers aged 1~21,22~42 days and 1~42 days by 2.99%(P<0.05),3.14%(P>0.05)and 2.91%(P<0.05)respectively,while the average daily gain and average daily feed intake both increased but not significantly.Compared with the control group,the serum triglyceride(TG)content of broilers aged 22 days in the compound enzyme group 1 and 2 increased by 19.54%(P<0.05)and 20.69%(P<0.05)respectively,and the serum uric acid(UA)content of broilers aged 43 days decreased by 30.93%(P<0.05)and 33.86%(P<0.05)respectively.Compared with the control group,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of broilers aged 22 and 43 days in the compound enzyme group 2 increased by 1.34%(P>0.05)and 5.54%(P>0.05)respectively,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased by 3.70%(P>0.05)and 10.67%(P>0.05)respectively.Compared with the control group,the duodenal villus height of broilers aged 43 days increased by 24.39%(P<0.05),and the duodenal villus height/crypt depth of broilers aged 22 and 43 days increased by 48.02%(P<0.05)and 27.27%(P<0.05)respectively.The duodenal crypt depth of broilers aged 22 days in the compound enzyme group 2 decreased by 18.97%(P<0.05),the duodenal villus height/crypt depth of broilers aged 22 and 43 days increased by 42.86%(P<0.05)and 50
