摘要
文章探讨了建筑工程管理和绿色建筑工程管理的关系,以及存在的问题和相关的技术措施。在建筑工程管理方面,缺乏全面的环境意识、技术应用和创新不足、效益评估体系不完善是主要问题。为解决这些问题,可以应用先进的建筑信息模型(BIM)技术、推广智能建筑自动化系统、采用可再生能源和高效能源系统、应用绿色材料和建筑技术。这些技术措施能够提高建筑效率、减少能源消耗、改善室内环境质量,并推动建筑行业朝向更可持续、环保的方向发展。
The article explores the relationship between construction project management and green building project management,as well as the existing problems and related technical measures.In terms of construction project management,the main problems are a lack of comprehensive environmental awareness,insufficient technological application and innovation,and an imperfect benefit evaluation system.In order to solve these problems,we can apply advanced building information modeling(BIM)technology,promote intelligent building automation systems,use renewable energy and efficient energy systems,and apply green materials and building technologies.These technical measures can improve building efficiency,reduce energy consumption,improve indoor environmental quality,and promote the development of the construction industry towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly direction.
