摘要
基于传统的威尔金森功分器结构,提出了一种新型平衡到非平衡异相功分器。通过加入具有阶梯阻抗的导纳倒相器代替1/4波长传输线,使整个电路结构变得更加紧凑。基于奇偶模分析方法,得到所设计电路的参数方程。最后理论分析表明,只使用一个隔离电阻取代原来双电阻的结构可进一步减少集总元件。为验证上述理论,进行了电磁仿真和实物加工测量,两个不平衡端口上输出异相信号,并获得了几乎相等的功率分配,实测结果与理论结果吻合良好。该结构电路简单,具有优越的差模传输性能、较强的共模抑制性能和隔离性能。
Based on the traditional Wilkinson power divider structure,a new balanced to unbalanced out-of-phase power divider is proposed in this paper.By adding admittance inverter with stepped impedance instead of 1/4 wavelength transmission line,the whole circuit structure becomes more compact.Based on the odd-even mode analysis method,the parameter equation of the designed circuit is obtained.Finally,the theoretical analysis shows that only one isolation resistor instead of the original double resistor structure can further reduce lumped components.In order to verify the above theory,electromagnetic simulation and physical processing measurement are carried out.Out-of-phase signals are output at two unbalanced ports,and almost equal power distribution is obtained.The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.This circuit has simple structure,excellent differential mode transmission performance,strong common mode rejection performance and isolation performance.
