摘要
新建地铁与既有地下管线之间的矛盾无法避免,给盾构施工带来了巨大的风险。结合福州滨海快线闽都站—南公园站区间隧道穿越污水管工程实例,通过盾构机选型及改进工艺、地面预注浆加固处理及盾构机掘进控制等技术措施的控制,以及施工过程中对地下管线与地表沉降的监测,确保盾构施工过程中污水管道运行安全,对周边环境扰动小,为类似盾构穿越市政管线工程提供经验和参考。
The paper indicates the unavoidable contradiction between the newly-built subways and existing underground pipelines may lead to huge risks to the shield construction,and clarifies that the safety of the sewage conduit operation and little disturbance to surrounding environment can be ensured by controlling the technical measures including the selection of the shield tunneling machine and improved craft,the ground preliminary grouting consolidation and the tunneling control of the shield tunneling machine as well as the monitoring over the underground pipelines and ground surface settlement with the combination of the tunnel crossing sewage conduit project between Mindu Station to South Park along the Waterfront Express in Fuzhou city,so as to provide some reference and construction experience for similar shield crossing municipal pipeline project.
