增强型聚合物透水混凝土铺装的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 聚合物透水混凝土作为一种具有透水性能的新型材料,在钢桥面铺装中展现出巨大的应用潜力。然而,其力学性能相对较弱,限制了其在实际工程中的应用范围。为了克服这一问题,通过引入玻璃纤维布、玻璃格栅和聚丙烯纤维等增强材料,对聚合物透水混凝土进行了性能增强研究。试验结果表明,增强材料能够在保证足够透水系数的情况下显著提高聚合物透水混凝土弯拉强度及疲劳性能。此外,利用有限元模拟方法,研究了聚合物透水混凝土钢桥面铺装在汽车荷载下的应力分布情况,并发现增强材料能够有效提升整体刚度。经过实际工程应用,结果表明增强型聚合物透水混凝土铺装具有良好性能和施工可行性。 Polymer pervious concrete,as a new type of material with excellent permeability,shows significant potential in the application of steel bridge pavement.However,its mechanical properties are relatively weak,which limits its practical engineering application.In order to address this issue,this study focuses on enhancing the performance of polymer pervious concrete by incorporating reinforcing materials such as glass fiber cloth,glass grid,and polypropylene fibers.Experimental results demonstrate that the reinforcing materials can significantly improve the flexural strength and fatigue performance of polymer pervious concrete while maintaining an adequate permeability coefficient.Furthermore,finite element simulation is employed to investigate the stress distribution of polymer pervious concrete steel bridge pavement under vehicle loads,revealing that the reinforcing materials effectively enhance the overall stiffness.Finally,the practical engineering application of the enhanced polymer pervious concrete pavement demonstrates favorable performance and construction feasibility.
