城际铁路小半径曲线段啸叫控制技术研究

摘要 基于铁路小半径曲线啸叫的产生机理,讨论车速在160 km/h以上的城际铁路曲线啸叫控制技术。通过对不同曲线半径条件下的啸叫情况进行统计分析可知,曲线啸叫问题以半径1 000 m以下的曲线区段为主,利用1∶1高速轮轨关系试验台,通过施加实测线路谱的方式,对半径800 m和半径1 000 m条件下的曲线啸叫情况进行了测试。结合城际铁路运营的速度等级,在设计阶段提出了低噪音车轮控制为主、润滑装置为辅的控制方案,并利用轮轨试验台对不同低噪音车轮在控制曲线啸叫中的效果进行对比验证;运营阶段可以加装阻尼钢轨的优化措施。验证结果表明,低噪音车轮对控制曲线啸叫有显著效果,对比不同型式的低噪音车轮,约束阻尼式低噪声车轮效果更佳,且具有不改变车轮本体结构强度的优点。 Based on the generation mechanism of the small-radius curve squeal in railways,the control technology of curve squeal in intercity railways with a velocity of above 160 km/h was discussed.By analyzing the curve squeal status in terms of different radii,it was found that the curve squeal problems mainly occurred in the curves with a radius of less than 1000 m.By implementing the measured line spectrum,the curve squeals at a radius of 800 m and 1000 m were tested by using the 1:1 wheel-rail test platform.In view of the operation velocity level in intercity railways,the control scheme based on the low-noise wheel with the supplement of lubrication equipment was proposed in the stage of design,and the effects of different low-noise wheels on controlling curve squeals were further verified on the wheel-rail test platform.The verification results indicate that low-noise wheels greatly control the curve squeals,and the restrained damping low-noise wheel has better performance,and it will not change the structural strength of the wheel.
