摘要
为实现针对造纸污水状态的实时管理,根据光电催化氧化工艺的一般流程提出了一套基于S7-200 PLC的造纸污水管理系统。该系统通过S7-200 PLC来处理传感器数据并通过扩展端口对上位机执行设备加以控制,进而实现对于造纸污水状态的实时调整。在完成上位机硬件设计和下位机软件程序设计工作的基础上,以液位控制功能为例对该系统的应用性能加以测试。经实验研究发现,所设计的造纸污水管理系统能够有效将缓冲池液位控制在合理区间,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to realize the real-time management of papermaking wastewater,a papermaking wastewater management system based on S7-200 PLC was proposed in this study.The system processes the sensor data by S7-200 PLC and controls the executive equipment of the PC through the extended port,so as to realize the real-time adjustment of the paper-making sewage state.On the basis of hardware design and software program design,the application performance of the system is tested by taking the level control function as an example.The experimental results show that the designed wastewater management system can effectively control the buffer pool level in a reasonable range,and has a certain application value.
