细胞外囊泡与男性不育症相关性研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between extracellular vesicles and male infertility

摘要 不孕不育症正逐渐成为世界范围内影响健康的主要问题,其中男性因素在不孕症中也起到重要作用。细胞外囊泡在细胞激活或凋亡过程中释放,在细胞通讯中起重要作用的一种超微膜性囊泡。相关研究表明,细胞外囊泡内含多种生物活性物质,通过影响细胞间传递内容物,参与不育症相关病理生理过程。因此,我们针对细胞外囊泡与男性不育症作一综述,从另一角度阐述男性不育症的发生以及潜在的治疗方式。 Infertility is gradually becoming a major problem affecting health worldwide,and male factors also play an important role in infertility.Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are ultramicro membranous vesicles released by cells during activation or apoptosis,which play an important role in cell communication.Relevant studies have shown that extracellular vesicles contain a variety of bioactive substances and participate in infertility related pathophysiological processes by influencing the content of intercellular transmission.Therefore,we reviewed the relationship between extracellular vesicles and male infertility,and expounded the occurrence and potential treatment of male infertility from another perspective.
