摘要
介绍了空调模具管理方法的研究与应用,分析了空调企业和模具制造商的特点和不足之处,从模具供应商选择、模具评审、模具加工、模具验收、模具使用等八大环节的关键控制要点进行深入研究,得出空调模具管理的思路与方法,并制定了模具标准工作流程及规范,有效提升空调企业模具的管理水平。
This paper introduces the research and application of air conditioning mold management method,analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of air conditioning enterprises and mold manufacturers,and conducts in-depth research on the key control points of eight links,including mold supplier selection,mold review,mold processing,mold acceptance,and mold use.The ideas and methods of air conditioning mold management are obtained,and mold standard workflow and specifications are formulated to effectively improve the mold management level of air conditioning enterprises.
