摘要
通过对高职院校课程思政协同育人的调查发现,高职院校课程思政协同育人存在大思政格局尚未形成、教师教学中思政元素契入意识和能力存在差距、学生的教学获得感有待提升、思政与专业课有机融合亟需改善等共性困境,需通过建立思政共同体、提升育德能力、优化内容供给、健全评价机制等路径深化课程思政协同育人效应。
Through a survey of the collaborative education of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,it was found that there are common difficulties in the collaborative education of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,such as the lack of a comprehensive pattern of ideological and political education,the gap in teachers'awareness and ability to integrate ideological and political elements into teaching,the need to improve students'sense of teaching achievement,and the urgent need to improve the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional courses.It is necessary to establish an ideological and political community,enhance moral education ability,optimize content supply,and strengthen the evaluation mechanism to deepen the synergistic effect of ideological and political education in courses.
